who am I?

After 7 years international HR experience - working in the U.K., Luxembourg and France for small businesses and large corporations (i.e. American Express and PepsiCo International), I have myself embarked on a major career change: further to attending various career development courses, I am currently studying for an MSc Degree in Career Management and Counselling at London University. As a French national living and working in London and as an expatriate’s spouse who had to rebuild a career abroad, I am passionate about my work and also extending my experience to those who may find themselves challenged by the prospects of a new career in a new country, sometimes under very difficult personal circumstances!

1- By exploring who you are, what you want and where you currently are in relation to this.

2- By building a vision of where you want to be and turning it into realistic ideas and objectives

3- By identifying resources and developing an action plan

I also offer a personal monitoring service to check progress or re-evaluate your situation.

With your input and my facilitation role, we will work together to optimize your career challenges, choices or changes! And the first step for you is to decide to take control.
